These terms govern access to and use of Acumen, the decision intelligence platform operated by G&CO.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Acumen only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the content you upload and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. Acumen does not retain or train on client data after engagement closure.

Service availability

Acumen is provided on an "as-is" basis. We work to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
