The CXOS Thesis
Enterprise insights teams have spent a decade buying point tools. The next decade is going to be about replacing the patchwork with an operating system the rest of the business can actually use.
The patchwork problem
A typical enterprise insights stack today: one panel vendor for HCPs, another for patients, a syndicated subscription for the category, a separate qualitative platform, a survey tool, a dashboard layer, a reporting deck. Each one is good at one thing. None of them speak to each other.
The cost of the patchwork is not the line items. It is that no single decision-maker can see the customer end to end. Every brief restarts from scratch.
What an operating system changes
Personas, simulations, brand intelligence, and signal monitoring living in the same layer, calibrated against the same data, available to the same people. The work compounds across briefs instead of restarting. The next quarter's read is faster than this quarter's because the grounding from this quarter is still there.
That compounding effect is the case for the operating system. It is not a better dashboard. It is a different shape of work.
